Ceilings? Are you serious?!?

I know, I know. People blog about a LOT of things, but ceilings? That’s just crazy stupid. Who, in their right mind, would want to read, let alone WRITE about ceilings?

This guy, that’s who.

I work for a ceiling tile company. You may have heard of us, we’re called Ceilume Ceiling Tiles. I have been pouring my blood, sweat and tears, (and by pouring blood, sweat and tears I mean writing emails for 8 hours a day, monday through friday, which causes no blood, sweat OR tears) into this company for two years now, and dern it if I can’t shake this odd desire to talk about ceilings. My favorite part of this whole experience has been responding to women who ask me, “What do you do for a living?” When I tell them I sell ceiling tiles, they usually respond with an enthusiastic, “Huh?” or my personal favorite, “Get away from me!”

Aaaaanyway, I’ve spent a heap of time surfing the web looking for products, opinions, people, stores, pictures, places, heck, just about EVERYTHING that has anything to do with ceilings, and I think I’ve gotten just about enough of it to start sharing with any other ceiling nerds that might be out there. So here I am, ready to share my knowledge (or lack thereof) of ceilings, ceiling tiles, grid systems, crown moldings, lighting, building materials, and anything else that might be hanging over your head (except guilt, that’s YOUR problem!). I hope you enjoy!
